In Banquets, the minimum guaranteed number of persons or the actual plate count, whichever is higher will be billed.

Please note that even if less number of persons turned up for the event, the minimum guaranteed number of persons will be charged. Number of guests beyond the minimum guaranteed persons will be charged too, as per the rate agreed up on.

  • Projectors & bottled water will be chargeable at actual. Writing pads, pencils, white board & markers are included in the conference package.
  • Kids below 4 yrs @ free of cost whereas kids below 10 yrs will be charged @ 70% of adult rates. We keep a buffer of 15% extra food over minimum guaranteed number of persons.
  • Rates may vary for smaller functions with limited number of guests.
  • 50% on total bill of guaranteed persons should be given as an advance on confirmation and the rest at the end of the function.
